The Barcelona EDITION is ideally located in El Born, the heart of the city’s historical and creative epicentre. The hotel stands tall over the Santa Caterina Market with unparalleled views of the Gothic Quarter, the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and beyond. The hotel offers a selection of spaces that can be used for corporate meetings as well as social events. This includes its micro club space Cabaret, speakeasy-inspired bar Punch Room, the Santa Caterina & Barcelona Penthouses, restaurant Bar Veraz, and its spectacular The Roof with 360 views of the city, perfect for networking events. Chef Pedro Tassarolo has also designed a new food and drinks menus for all outlets, with dishes consisting of the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Whether a social or corporate dinner for up to 59 guests, end of the year team presentations, parties, and more; Cabaret is an event space that is able to cater for a variety of occasions, offering a different kind of meeting experience. When hiring Cabaret as a meeting room, guests will have the option of having coffee breaks and lunches in other areas of the hotel such as Punch Room, The Roof and Bar Veraz, creating a more enticing offering for businesses that after a venue for full day of meetings.
The multifaceted venue can also transform into a supper club with cabaret tables, circular banquettes and chairs upholstered in velvet for a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. A hands-on events operations team is dedicated to personalising each event, a selection of live music bands and DJs are available on demand, and cocktail and seated dinner menus cater for all requirements.

Punch Room is the perfect location for a more alternative, non-traditional meeting room space, it is ideal for networking events or a drinks reception for up to 60 guests. Its distinctive space provides full privacy and the advantage of being located in an area of the hotel that is completely secluded. The award-winning speakeasy-inspired bar concept, Punch Room, adapts seamlessly to suit the Barcelona zeitgeist, with event guests being drawn into the intimate drinking den via a beautiful spiral staircase. This space is inspired by the comfort of English country manor house libraries and London’s nineteenth-century private clubs. There are set cocktail menus available with small plates such as gillardeau oyster no.3 au naturel, scallops aguachile with jalapeño & cucumber water with green apple, and dill oil, pure acorn-fed iberian ham and more.

The Santa Caterina and Barcelona Penthouses are ideal for executive meetings and product presentations, small dinners and drink receptions. Each penthouse has two separate areas, each with its own flat screen TV, ideal for presentations and conference calls. The Roof
The Roof at The Barcelona EDITION is the perfect location for networking events, drink receptions, brand launch parties and more. The Roof features lounge-style furniture with small tables, sofas and sunbeds upholstered in ivory, grey and blue tones, ipe wooden parquet, a landscaped exterior terrace with Mediterranean aromatic plants and a colorful bougainvillea that creates a garden atmosphere in the sky. The hotel’s rooftop has unparalleled panoramic views of the small historic buildings of Barrio del Born and the Gothic district, Parc de la Ciutadella, the unmistakable silhouette of the Gothic cathedral of Santa Maria del Mar, and the colourful and wavy roof of the Mercat de Santa Caterina and of the Mediterranean sea in the distance. With oversized floor-to-ceiling windows, potted palm plants and a selection of original art pieces by renowned Spanish photographers, guests are captivated by an enormous central bar piece that occupies the double height space and glows elegantly creating a warm crepuscular light reminiscent of a Mediterranean sunset.
