Whether you are a newbie to cycling or an experienced rider, The Intrepid Foundation is calling for all agents to join the Buffalo Bicycle Ride on Sunday 2 April 2023 to raise funds for World Bicycle Relief.
World Bicycle Relief partners with communities to deliver specially designed, locally assembled, rugged Buffalo Bicycles for people in need. They’ve developed an efficient, innovative, and scalable model to empower students, health workers, and entrepreneurs in rural regions with life-changing mobility.
The Intrepid Partnerships team has set a goal of raising $10,000 through their team ‘Agents riding for Good’. Agents can help them achieve this goal by joining the team, raising funds and riding on Sunday 2 April 2023. This can be done either together as a team or from your own start and end points. Those unable to make the ride can show their support by donating to the team.
Yvette Thompson, General Manager of Sales and Partnerships ANZ, said ‘The Intrepid Partnerships team is looking forward to challenging ourselves to raise money for World Bicycle Relief. We would love to see our intrepid agents, partners and friends show their support for this important cause by joining our team, creating their own team or simply donating.’
Plus – every time a supporter raises AU $215 – the value of a Buffalo Bicycle they will go in the draw to win an Intrepid Cycling trip to the value of AU $3,000. From pedalling through peaceful villages in Vietnam or Bali to cruising down epic, ever-changing landscapes in Jordan and Tanzania, Intrepid’s cycling tours allow you to really immerse yourself in a place, and not just travel through it.
The competition ends on 30 April 2023 and the prize winner will be contacted on 1 May 2023.
