Chef Jin Choi will treat guests to an assortment of delicate finger sandwiches, crafted with the finest local and seasonal ingredients. The selection will also include divine sweet treats, heavenly scones, petit fours and cakes served on quintessential tiered stands.

Accompanying the culinary delights is a selection of premium loose-leaf teas and aromatic coffees, catering to every palate, ensuring a truly personalised experience.

The introduction of High Tea is part of the many food and wine program developments at Mount Lofty Estate. Martha Hardy’s Kitchen is now serving Sunday roasts, the Arthur Waterhouse Lounge is being extended to become a whisky and cigar lounge and new immersive dining experiences include a chef’s table and outdoor dining dome, all available to guests and visitors to the Estate in coming weeks.
