India’s foremost hospitality giant, Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), has announced an expansion of its opulent Taj portfolio in Raichak, West Bengal. The upcoming establishment, named Taj Ganga Kutir Resort & Spa, reaffirms IHCL’s commitment to enhancing West Bengal’s thriving commercial and tourism landscape.

In a recent statement, Puneet Chhatwal, IHCL’s Managing Director and CEO expressed his optimism about the region’s potential. Known as the gateway to North East India, West Bengal’s thriving commercial and tourism sectors make it an attractive investment opportunity. “The introduction of Taj Ganga Kutir Resort & Spa at Raichak will extend our presence in the state, complementing our existing hotels in Kolkata and Darjeeling,” Chhatwal said.
